These Terms of Use apply to sandiagreenclean.com and to the forms, offers and promotions we run on it. Sandia Green Clean ("we," "us," or "our") is a locally owned residential cleaning company serving New Mexico. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the website. They are not your service agreement. The specific details of any cleaning we perform for you, including scope, price and scheduling, are what we confirm with you directly in writing.

Using this website

You may use this site to learn about our services, request an estimate, book a cleaning, buy a gift card, enter a promotion, or get in touch with us. Please use it only for those purposes and only in a lawful way. Do not attempt to interfere with the site, gain access to parts of it that are not public, scrape it in bulk, or submit false information through our forms.

You must be at least 18 years old to submit a form, request service, or enter a promotion on this site.

Estimates, requests and bookings

Any price shown or calculated on this website is an estimate based on the information you provide, such as square footage and the type of clean you select. It is not a final quote and it is not a contract. A request submitted through this site is a request. Your cleaning is confirmed only when we confirm the date, the scope and the price with you directly.

If the home turns out to be materially different from what was described in the request, we will talk to you about it before the work goes ahead rather than change the price without telling you.

We may decline or cancel a request, including where the home is outside our service area, where the work falls outside what our teams are equipped to do safely, or where we are unable to confirm the details with you.

Promotions, offers and giveaways

From time to time we run giveaways, discounts and seasonal offers. Each one is governed by its own published rules, including eligibility, entry period, how a winner is selected and how an offer may be used. Where those rules and these terms differ, the rules for that specific promotion apply to that promotion.

Offers are available for a limited time, apply to service in our service areas, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so in writing. We may end or change an offer prospectively; doing so does not affect an offer you have already redeemed.

Gift cards

Gift cards bought through this site are processed by our gift card provider and are subject to that provider's terms at the time of purchase, as well as to New Mexico law. Gift cards are not reloadable, cannot be exchanged for cash except where the law requires it, and are applied toward the cost of service.

Text messages and email

If you give us permission, we may contact you by text message and email about your request, your service, and our offers. Agreeing to receive marketing texts is never required to request service, to buy anything, or to enter a promotion. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any marketing email we send.

Reviews and content on this site

Reviews shown on this site are real reviews written by real customers, published as they were written. They reflect those customers' own experiences, and they are not a promise of any particular result in your home.

The text, photographs, layout, logo and design of this site belong to Sandia Green Clean or to the people we licensed them from, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view, print and share pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy, republish or reuse our content, photographs or branding for any other purpose without our written permission.

If you send us content, such as a photograph of your home with a service request, a nomination, or a comment, you confirm you have the right to send it and you allow us to use it for the purpose you sent it for.

Links to other sites

This site links to services we use, such as our booking tools, our payment and gift card providers, our review profiles and our social media pages. Those sites are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

How we handle the information you give us is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

No warranty on the website itself

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available, that it will be free of errors, or that every price, date or detail on it is current at the moment you read it. Where something on the site conflicts with what we have confirmed with you directly, what we confirmed with you directly is what applies.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, such as lost time, lost data or lost opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here limits our responsibility for the cleaning work we actually perform, which is governed by what we agree with you directly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, and any dispute about this website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated terms.
