Life is busy, so we make sure your clean day is never a surprise. You will get a reminder ahead of your appointment, and our team arrives within your scheduled window.
You absolutely do not need to be home for your clean, that is the whole point. Just leave a door code, a key, or arrange access so our team can get in. Double-check that your code or key is ready before clean day, it is an easy one to avoid.
We are a pet-friendly team and love meeting the four-legged members of your family. For the smoothest clean possible, please keep dogs kenneled or outside during your appointment.
We are a small, locally owned business and every appointment on our schedule matters. When a clean is cancelled or missed, it leaves a gap that is hard to fill on short notice. If our team arrives and cannot get into your home, requiring a reschedule, a lockout fee applies.
What We Clean, and What We Don't
We are specialists, not generalists, and that is exactly what makes us the best. Here is a clear picture of what is included in your clean.

Every Sandia clean is a deep clean. Kitchens and bathrooms fully reset, floors vacuumed and mopped, all surfaces dusted, baseboards and blinds included, beds made, and trash taken out. The same trained three-person team handles it, so nothing gets skipped.

What do you not clean?
We do not do exterior windows, carpet shampooing, heavy-duty mold or biohazard remediation, pest cleanup, or anything requiring a ladder above standard reach. If you are unsure whether something is covered, ask us before your appointment and we will tell you straight.

How do I prepare for a move-in or move-out clean?
Move-in and move-out cleans work best on an empty home. Have furniture and belongings out, utilities on so we have water and power, and let us know if a landlord or property manager has an inspection checklist we should work from.

Do I need to do anything before the team arrives?
Just clear what you can. Pick up clothes and toys from the floor, clear countertops and tabletops where possible, and put away anything valuable or fragile. That is all it takes. The more cleared your surfaces are, the deeper we can clean.
