Sandia Green Clean ("we," "us," or "our") provides residential home cleaning services in New Mexico. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, sandiagreenclean.com, our online forms, our ads and promotions (including forms on Facebook and Instagram), and our text messages and emails.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request an estimate, book a cleaning, enter a giveaway, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, home address and zip code, details about your home (such as size and number of bedrooms), your preferred cleaning schedule, home access instructions, and anything else you choose to share with us. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers on our website.
Information we collect automatically. When you visit our website or interact with our ads, we and our advertising and analytics partners (such as Meta and Google) may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to collect information such as your browser and device type, IP address, pages you visit, and how you arrived at our site. We use this to understand how our site and ads perform and to show relevant ads.
Information from other sources. If you submit a form through one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram, Meta shares the information you submit with us. We may also receive information from review sites and from people who refer you to us.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

How long we keep information
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, run our promotions, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, and then delete or de-identify it.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services and promotions are for adults. Giveaway entrants must be 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
