Yes. Google requires a signed-in account to post a review, which is how they keep listings from filling up with fakes. If you use Gmail, an Android phone, or YouTube, you already have one.
Whatever name is on your Google profile is what shows publicly, and Google does not offer anonymous reviews. You can change the display name on your Google account first if you would rather appear as a first name and last initial.
About a minute. Tap the button for your location, pick your star rating, and type as much or as little as you want. A star rating on its own is still genuinely useful to us.
Please call us before you write anything. Not to talk you out of a review, but because we would rather fix the problem than read about it. We have a re-clean guarantee and we would rather use it.
Google keeps a separate profile for each physical office. Our Albuquerque location covers the metro and northern New Mexico, and our Las Cruces office covers the south. Reviews do not transfer between them.
Absolutely. Google has no time limit, and a review from someone who has been with us for years carries more weight than one written the same afternoon. Write it whenever you get a minute.
