Official Giveaway Rules

Last updated October 16, 2026. These Official Rules govern two separate promotions run by Sandia Green Clean: the Holiday Host Giveaway and the Catch a Car Friday Free Clean Giveaway. They are different promotions with different entry methods and different drawing dates. Entering one does not enter you in the other, and you may enter both. No purchase is necessary to enter or win either promotion. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

1. Sponsor

Sandia Green Clean, 4001 Ellison St NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109. Phone (505) 404-3071. Email support@sandiagreenclean.com. Sandia Green Clean is referred to in these rules as "Sponsor," "we," or "us."

2. Who can enter

To be eligible for either promotion you must, at the time you enter:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be a legal resident of the State of New Mexico.
• Live in a home located inside a Sandia Green Clean service area, and be the person authorized to let a cleaning crew into that home.

Current Sandia Green Clean customers are eligible. Having an active cleaning plan with us neither helps nor hurts your chances.

Employees, officers and owners of Sandia Green Clean, and the immediate family members and household members of any of them, are not eligible to win.

If you are not sure whether your address is inside a service area, call or text (505) 404-3071 before you enter and we will tell you.

3. The Holiday Host Giveaway

Entry period

Entries open October 16, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time and close November 8, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time. Entries received outside that window are not eligible. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

How to enter

Fill out the entry form on the Holiday Host Giveaway page. The form asks for your name, your contact information and a few details about your home. That is the whole entry. There is nothing to buy and nothing to schedule.

Entry limit

One entry per household. If we receive more than one entry from the same household, the first one counts and the rest are discarded. Automated entries, scripted entries and entries made through any service that submits on your behalf are void.

The prize

One (1) winner receives the Holiday Host Package, which is two cleaning visits to the winner's home:

• A Holiday Host Clean, scheduled during the week of November 23, 2026, subject to availability on Sponsor's schedule.
• A January Reset Clean, scheduled in January 2027 by mutual agreement.

Approximate retail value of the package: $750. Sponsor's prices are based on the size of the home, so the actual retail value of the prize will vary with the winner's home and may be higher or lower than the stated approximate value. No difference in value will be paid out.

The drawing

One winner is selected at random from all eligible entries on or about November 9, 2026. The drawing is conducted by Sponsor. The result is final.

4. The Catch a Car Friday Free Clean Giveaway

Entry period

This is an ongoing weekly promotion. Each weekly entry period runs from Monday at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time through Thursday at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time, with a drawing held that Friday. Weekly drawings begin on the first Friday after Sponsor announces the promotion and continue each week until Sponsor announces that the promotion has ended. Sponsor may end the promotion at any time by posting notice on this page or on Sponsor's social media accounts.

How to enter

1. Spot a Sandia Green Clean vehicle out in public.
2. Snap a photo of it. Passengers only, please. Do not photograph anything while you are driving. Any entry that appears to have been taken by the driver of a moving vehicle will be disqualified.
3. Post the photo publicly on Instagram or Facebook, tag @sandiagreenclean, and include the hashtag #ClaimYourWeekend.

Your post must be set to public, or we cannot see it and it cannot be counted. The photo has to be one you took yourself, of a real Sandia Green Clean vehicle.

Entry limit

One entry per household per weekly drawing. Posting several photos in the same week does not add entries. Entries do not carry over to the next week, so if you want to be in next Friday's drawing, post again.

The prize

One (1) winner per weekly drawing receives one free standard house cleaning of the winner's home, performed by Sandia Green Clean. The prize covers one visit. Approximate retail value varies with the size of the home, because that is how Sponsor prices its work. No cash alternative is offered and no difference in value will be paid out.

The drawing

Each Friday, Sponsor selects one winner at random from the eligible posts it has received during that week's entry period. The result is final.

5. Odds of winning

Odds depend entirely on the number of eligible entries received. In the Holiday Host Giveaway, odds are one in the total number of eligible entries received during the entry period. In the Catch a Car giveaway, odds are one in the total number of eligible posts received during that week.

6. How winners are notified and how to claim

We contact the winner directly, using the contact information in the entry, or by reply or direct message to the winning post for Catch a Car. We will try to reach you for five (5) days after the drawing.

A winner must confirm eligibility and service address before the prize is scheduled. If a winner cannot be reached within five days, declines the prize, is not eligible, or lives outside a Sandia Green Clean service area, the prize is forfeited and Sponsor may draw an alternate winner.

7. Prize conditions

• Prizes are awarded as services, not cash. No cash equivalent, no credit, no substitution by the winner.
• Prizes are not transferable or resellable. The cleaning is performed at the winner's own home.
• Cleaning dates are scheduled by mutual agreement and depend on Sponsor's availability. Holiday weeks fill early.
• The home must be reasonably accessible and safe for a cleaning crew to work in. Sponsor may decline to perform a cleaning where there is a health or safety hazard, and may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
• A prize cleaning follows Sponsor's standard scope of work and the same Happy Home Promise as any paid visit. It does not include move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, hoarding remediation, or other specialty work.
• Any taxes on the value of a prize are the winner's responsibility.
• Prizes must be used within the scheduling window described in these rules or, if none is stated, within 90 days of the drawing.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize a winner agrees that Sponsor may use the winner's first name, city, and any photo the winner publicly posted as part of entering, in connection with announcing and promoting the giveaway, without additional payment or further permission. Sponsor will not publish a winner's street address, phone number or email address. If you would rather not be named publicly, tell us when we contact you and we will keep the announcement anonymous.

9. About Instagram, Facebook and Meta

These promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any other social media platform. By entering, you release those platforms completely and acknowledge that any questions, comments or complaints about a promotion go to Sandia Green Clean and not to the platform. Your entry is also subject to the terms of the platform you post on.

10. Content you post

By posting a photo as an entry, you confirm that you took it, that you have the right to post it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. You grant Sponsor permission to repost and share that photo on Sponsor's own channels with credit to your handle. Sponsor may disqualify any entry it considers unsafe, unlawful, obscene, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate, at its sole discretion.

11. Privacy

The information you give us when you enter is used to run the giveaway, to contact you about it, and to follow up with you about cleaning services. We do not sell it. You can opt out of our marketing messages at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, by replying STOP to a text, or by emailing support@sandiagreenclean.com. Opting out of marketing does not remove you from a drawing you have already entered.

12. Release and limitation of liability

By entering, you release Sponsor and its owners, employees and contractors from any claim, liability, injury, loss or damage arising out of your participation in a promotion or your acceptance, use or misuse of a prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these rules limits Sponsor's liability for its own negligence in performing a cleaning, which is covered by Sponsor's ordinary insurance and service terms.

13. General conditions

Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or acts in a way that is unfair to other entrants. Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify either promotion, in whole or in part, if fraud, a technical failure, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control makes it impossible to run the promotion as planned. If a promotion is cancelled, Sponsor may award the prize at random from the eligible entries received up to that point. Sponsor's failure to enforce any part of these rules does not waive that provision. If any provision is held invalid, the rest stay in force.

14. Governing law

These promotions and these rules are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
