The “why” behind what you do is powerful. Unfortunately, a lot of us don’t question why we do the things we do. Whether they’ve just become habits or if they feel like unavoidable to-dos, it’s still important to understand the motivation behind them, especially if you’re wanting to change the way you feel about them.
For a lot of people, cleaning the house feels like both: A habit and an unavoidable to-do. If you live in your home, then, yes, there’s no way around cleaning it. But that doesn’t mean you have to (or should) dread cleaning. In fact, cleaning can be made a lot of fun if you do it with intention and a grateful attitude.
And, of course, if you have a little help.
We recently teamed up with Albuquerque Mom’s Blog to share an article we wrote called “5 Reasons Why You Need to Rethink How You Clean Your Home”. From practical tips to smart advice, it’s definitely worth your time (and a share)!
At Sandia Green Clean, we believe you should love the way your home looks and feels – and we’re here to help!
Questions about rethinking how you clean
Why do I dread cleaning my house?
For a lot of people, cleaning feels like both a habit and an unavoidable to-do, and that combination can make it feel heavy. Looking at why you clean, and what a clean home gives you, can shift how it feels. Getting help with the hardest tasks makes a big difference too.
How can I make cleaning feel less like a chore?
Clean with intention and a grateful attitude. Focus on how you want your home to feel instead of the list of tasks. Put on music, work in short bursts, and let someone else take on the jobs you dread most. A little help goes a long way.
What does Sandia Green Clean believe about a clean home?
