We know right now that it feels like everything’s changing. And, while it’s tempting to go to extremes, it’s important to stay calm, be logical, and remember what’s important. We’ve had some of our customers reach out to us asking questions about the safety and efficiency of our cleans during this crazy time.

We want to assure you that it is safe for our teams to come into your homes to clean.

Not only are they taking all of our precautions seriously, including washing hands before and after every home, wearing new gloves and booties to every home, but they’re also aware that they will receive paid sick leave if at any point they need to take it.

Our eco-friendly cleaning products aren’t just good for the planet. They’re also highly effective at completely sanitizing your home. We use a hydrogen-peroxide based product that is an approved virucide — that means that it actually destroys the virus in your home. We use this on every single surface in your home — from tabletops and counters, to windowsills and baseboards. And, as far as we know, no other cleaning company in town uses this same product.

Of course, if you’re immunocompromised or are in a high risk category, we completely understand if you need to change how you’re working with us right now.

We take your health and the overall safety of our community seriously.

As a trusted partner with UNMH, we regularly clean homes of cancer patients who often have their immunity compromised. The same precautions we take with these patients are the same we take with every single one of our customers.

And, yes, money can feel tight right now. But, if it’s possible, continuing to support the local economy will help everyone survive this difficult time. If you can’t or choose to not have our teams in your homes right now, please remember that you can allow your cleanings to still be billed and/or buy gift cards to use at a future date, which will help us keep our employees on staff and paid.

If at any point it becomes too much of a risk for our teams to enter your home, we will stop our services. But, right now, our teams cleaning homes is helping keep you, your family, and our community healthier and safer. In fact, if it’s possible, it’s actually a good idea to increase the frequency of your home being cleaned.

As always, we’re here to answer your questions and are happy to accommodate as many special requests as we can.
