Quick Checklist Before We Arrive
You don't need a spotless home — just help us help you. The more cleared your surfaces are, the deeper we can clean. Here's all it takes:

DishesPut dishes away or load them in the dishwasher. We'll wipe the sink and clean the counters once they're clear.

Clear the SurfacesTuck away laundry, mail, papers, and clutter from counters and tables. The more open space we have, the better your clean will be.

Beds & LinensLeave fresh linens folded at the foot of the bed, or let us know where they're stored. No fresh linens left out? No problem — we'll remake the beds with what's already on them.

Trash & RecyclingWe empty bagged trash from lined indoor bins, reline them, and take the bags to your outdoor bin. We don't remove bulk trash, debris, or piles of boxes. Recycling should be broken down and bagged.

The property must be completely vacant during your clean. No movers, contractors, or other service providers on-site at the same time.

Active electricity and running water are required for us to complete your clean. Please confirm both utilities are on before your appointment.

We do not wash window glass, inside or out. Need a window cleaner? We're happy to refer you to a trusted specialist.

No Wall Washing
We dust high to low but do not scrub walls or remove smudges, scuffs, or marks from painted surfaces.

No Pest Infestations
We cannot service homes with active pest infestations. Please address any pest issues before your scheduled clean.
How to Prepare

Empty All Cabinets, Drawers & AppliancesEverything must be cleared out before we arrive — this is what allows us to do a true deep clean on every surface inside and out.

Remove All Personal Items & ClutterDishes, laundry, personal items — all of it needs to be gone before your team arrives. The more cleared the space, the better the clean.

Confirm Power & Water Are ActiveRunning water and working electricity are required for our team to complete the clean. Please verify both are on the day before your appointment.

Trash & RecyclingWe empty bagged trash from lined indoor bins and bring it to your outdoor bin. We do not remove bulk trash, piles of boxes, or debris. Recycling must be broken down.

Home AccessProvide a key, door code, or garage code — or have someone available to let us in. You do not need to be present for the entire clean.

⚠️ Property Vacancy Policy
For the safety and performance of our team, the property must be completely vacant during your service appointment. No other service providers — movers, contractors, repair personnel — may be present or working on-site while our cleaners are there. If an exception is pre-approved by us but another provider's presence impacts our team's performance or quality, no refunds will be granted. We reserve the right to cancel service immediately if any provider severely impedes our work.

We're a small, locally owned business — and every appointment on our schedule matters. When a clean is cancelled or missed, it leaves a gap that's hard to fill on short notice. We appreciate your understanding of these simple policies, and we promise they're fair.

Lockout Policy
If our team arrives and can't get into your home, requiring a reschedule, a lockout fee applies.
