We are proud to serve our New Mexico community by providing deserving neighbors in need with free house cleaning. Every month we partner with University of New Mexico Hospital to give patients in intensive cancer treatment a clean, healthy home, and anyone can nominate a neighbor going through a hard season. Honestly, this is the part of Sandia we are most proud of, and it is why we got into this work in the first place.

How Cleaning to Care Actually Works
Two ways a New Mexico family ends up on our schedule at no cost. One runs through the hospital. The other runs through you.
We partner with University of New Mexico Hospital to give patients going through intensive cancer treatment free, chemical- and toxin-free home cleaning. Each month UNMH selects patients to receive three full months of cleaning from our teams. Not a single visit, and not a stripped-back version of what we do. The same three-person team, the same green products, the same full deep clean every other Sandia customer gets. Treatment is exhausting and the immune system is fragile, so a home that is genuinely clean and free of harsh chemical residue is not a luxury during that stretch. It is one less thing taking something out of you.
Alongside the hospital partnership we run an open nomination program, and you do not need to be a Sandia customer to use it. Anyone can nominate a neighbor going through a hard season, whether that is an illness, a loss, a new baby, a caregiving stretch, or simply a run of bad months. Every month we choose deserving members of our community to receive a free eco-friendly cleaning. Most of our nominations come from people who are not asking for anything for themselves, which is usually how we know it matters.
We are a New Mexico company. Brandon and Brandon built this business here, our teams live here, and our families are here. A clean, healthy home is a real thing to give someone when they need it most, and being local means showing up for New Mexico families when it actually counts rather than when it is convenient. Albuquerque has voted us Best of the City eight years straight, from 2018 through 2025, and we were named a New Mexico Fastest-Growing Company in 2022. We would rather be known for this program than for either of those.
Questions People Ask Before Nominating
Straight answers, because the last thing anyone needs when they are trying to help someone is a process.
Our teams live in the same communities we clean.
No. The nomination program is open to anyone in our service area, customer or not. Plenty of the nominations we receive come from people who have never hired us. If you know someone in New Mexico who could use this, that is enough.
Not at all, and a lot of people prefer it that way. If we select them we reach out to them directly and arrange the visit around their schedule. Nobody is put on the spot, nobody has to ask for help out loud, and there is no obligation on them at any point.
The same full deep clean we give every paying customer. Baseboards, blinds, beds made, trash out, and every surface through the home, done by a coordinated three-person team in about two hours. We use eco-friendly green products with no harsh chemicals and a color-coded microfiber system that keeps kitchen cloths out of bathrooms. There is no stripped-down version for this program.
No catch and no sales pitch. There is no contract, no card on file, and no obligation to become a customer. If they later decide they want us back, we would be glad to help, but that is entirely their call and we will not chase them about it. The clean is the whole point.
