We started Sandia because the cleaning we kept hiring never felt personal. Nobody learned our home, and nobody really owned the result. So we built the kind of company we'd want to hire ourselves, and we still run it day to day.
We grew up under the Sandias, so the name came easy. It keeps us grounded in the fact that we're cleaning for our own community, not a list of addresses on a corporate route.
